Modest Mouse, “Autumn Skin”

Modest Mouse is definitely one of the few long-standing bands about whose albums I can always find something to like. This is the title track off an upcoming 7”, which is ahead of a new album due out in August with some predictably long and strange title (No One’s First And You’re Next) that’s supposed to be a bunch of unreleased stuff from their last two albums (I’m sorry, I’m off the clock, you’re going to have to Google their names yourself). Anyway, this is my favorite, it’s vintage Modest Mouse, and that’s always a good thing.
